Recommended for first time user iREAP POS
iREAP POS Lite is design for Single Store operation and it runs locally on your device, means your data store locally on your device. This design help iREAP POS Lite able runs even without any internet connection. On the other hands PRO version is design when your business grow to multiple stores and you need to consolidate all your stores transactions in one place, including the need to distribute the master data distribution to all stores, when you have update such as price change.
Please update your iREAP POS Lite to the Latest Version
Open the iREAP POS Lite / KASIR TOKO application and in the main menu select the MIGRATION TO IREAP PRO menu
Follow the step by step on this page
a. Download / Open Application iREAP POS Pro:Click this button to download and register
b. Export:Click this button, to download all files. Make sure the data export is complete
c. Go to administration site:next step to point 3
The following is the file storage location that will be exported to IREAP PRO
If the transaction data in IREAP POS Lite is more than 10,000 transactions, then during the data migration process, only a summary of the transactions will be made by taking the final stock of an item.
Click the button or Enter the iREAP POS dashboard / panel via PRO.IREAPPOS.COM using the administrator account that you used when registering your company.
The following is the display of the IREAP POS PRO dashboard
After you have successfully entered the iREAP POS dashboard / Panel, click the Migration menu from IREAP LITE / KASIR TOKO on the left side of the menu section
Click Choose File then select the ireap.zip / kasirtoko.zip file that you exported from iREAP LITE POS / KASIR TOKO, for example: C:\fakepath\ireap.zip
Select the Target Store on the list
Click Upload ZIP when ready
IMPORT DATA, will only work on an empty Cloud database, and if you already have a transaction, you need to clear all data. Here's how to clear all data
Import status can be seen in the system
Wait and click REFRESH to update the status until the data import is complete
After the data import is complete, check your Master data again (Category, Item, Vendor, Customer) and transactions through the iREAP POS Pro DASHBOARD / Panel, after this.
