How to Add Transaction Transfer in Inventory

Transfer In is a transaction to receive goods from another store or warehouse on iREAP POS PRO. For example, after source store/warehouse create Transfer Out, Destination Store/Warehouse will receive the goods from source store/warehouse. In this situation, the Destination Store/Warehouse must create Transfer In transaction in the store device on iREAP POS PRO application. Transfer In is one of the three stages in Inventory Transfer between stores and warehouses. In this example, we will create a Transfer In for Inventory Transfer from Jakarta Store to Bali Store.

Create Transfer Request via web Admin

Create Transfer Out transaction in the Jakarta Store Device on iREAP POS PRO application

Create Transfer In transaction in the Bali Store Device on iREAP POS PRO application

These are the steps to create the Transfer In transaction:

• Open iREAP POS PRO on the Destination Store devices. Then go to Transfer Stock menu

  

• Go to Transfer In menu

  

• Click button + to create Transfer In

  

• Then choose based on the Transfer Out document created in the Source Store

  

• Click Create Transfer In to confirm

  

• If the Transfer In was successfully created, the Transfer In document will appear in the list of Transfer In

  

• To make sure that the Transfer In transaction created successfully, you can check from the web Admin(pro.ireappos.com) and go to Inventory Transfer > Transfer In
