Refund Policy iREAP PRO

This Refund Policy governs the refund terms for the purchase of iReap POS Pro Vouchers ("Voucher") made by Customers through the Virtual Account payment system, which is provided and managed by PT Sterling Tulus Cemerlang ("Seller").

  1. General Provisions
    iReap POS Pro Vouchers are digital products delivered to Customers via the email address registered during the transaction. By purchasing an iReap POS Pro Voucher, Customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated in this Refund Policy.

  2. Voucher Delivery
    iReap POS Pro Vouchers will be sent automatically via email after payment through the Virtual Account is confirmed as successful and valid by the payment system. Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that the email address used in the transaction is correct, active, and able to receive electronic messages.

  3. Refund Terms
    Refunds for the purchase of iReap POS Pro Vouchers may be granted under the following conditions:

    Voucher Not Received
    If the Customer can provide valid proof of Virtual Account payment but does not receive the iReap POS Pro Voucher email, then:
    - PT Sterling Tulus Cemerlang will resend the iReap POS Pro Voucher through an agreed alternative method; or
    - If the Voucher cannot be delivered through alternative means for certain reasons, PT Sterling Tulus Cemerlang will issue a refund to the Customer.

    Voucher Cannot Be Used
    If the received iReap POS Pro Voucher is proven to be unusable and the issue is not caused by Customer error or negligence, then:
    - The Voucher will be replaced with a new Voucher; or
    - A refund will be issued if replacement is not possible.

    Other Justifiable Conditions
    Refunds may be granted if certain conditions beyond the Customer's control cause the Voucher to be undeliverable or unusable, provided such conditions can be reasonably proven and approved by PT Sterling Tulus Cemerlang.

  4. Refund Request Procedure
    Refund requests must be submitted by the Customer along with:
    - Valid proof of Virtual Account payment;
    - Purchase transaction details of the iReap POS Pro Voucher; and
    - The reason for the refund request.
    PT Sterling Tulus Cemerlang reserves the right to verify all submitted data and documents.
    Decisions made by PT Sterling Tulus Cemerlang regarding refund requests are final and binding.

  5. Refund Method and Processing Time
    Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction or another mutually agreed method.
    The refund process will be completed within a certain period in accordance with the internal policies of PT Sterling Tulus Cemerlang and/or the payment service provider's regulations.

  6. Closing
    PT Sterling Tulus Cemerlang reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The applicable policy is the most recent version published.
