General Setting & Parameter - iReap Pos Lite & iReap Pos Pro

Recommended for first time user iREAP POS

Store Information

• Store Name : to define your store name to the application, ex : "STEM STORE"
• Store Tax ID : to define your Tax/GST ID. in Indonesia, it called NPWP (Nomor Pajak Wajib Pajak) ex : "000 688 848 999"
• Store Address : to define your store address with the information about : Street Address, City, State, Country and Phone

General Settings

• Amount/Price Decimal Digit : to define the Decimal digits on the Item Price ex : "2".The Item Price will be displayed like this : "10.00"
• Quantity Decimal Digit : to define the Decimal Digits on the Item Quantity ex : "3".The Item Quantity will be displayed like this : "1.000"
• Currency : to choose the currency that will be used on all transaction ex : "Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)"
• TAX RATE : To define the percentage of tax imposed on transactions, for example the use of VAT tax: "10%"
• Costing Method : to choose the costing method that you want to use. available on 2 types : Standard Costing and Moving Average Costing.
• Negative Stock : to determine whether the application can make the sale if the stock position is negative (minus)
• Negatif Cash/Bank : To define whether the application allows expense transactions even though the bank / cash balance is negative.
• Master and Discount Password : to define password that will be used as authorization if that any change on Master data and discount in the transaction
• Num of Team : For record team member information that can be entered into sales transactions, for example in a salon business
• QUANTITY POP UP : Will you display the quantity pop up after selecting an item? Please tick it if yes, or leave it blank if you don't want it displayed

Printer & Receipt

• Printer IP Address : to define the IP address. This setting can be used if the user uses a printer that uses a LAN network
• Printer Model : to choose printer model. User can only choose the printer model which has been provide in application
• Printer Bluetooth Name : to choose bluetooth printer that has been paired with device
• Receipt Title : to define Title in the sales receipt. ex : "SALES INVOICE"
• Receipt Footer : to define title to footer in the sales receipt. ex : "powered by ireap pos"
• Billing Title : to define billing title in sales receipt. ex : "MEJA 1"
• Print Item Code (Y/N) : Print item code on Sales Receipt ? thick mark if you want, and keep it blank if you don't want.
• Print Store Tax ID (Y/N) : Print Store Tax ID on Sales Receipt ? thick mark if you want, and keep it blank if you don't want
• Print Store Address (Y/N) : Print Store Address on Sales Receipt ? thick mark if you want, and keep it blank if you don't want
• Print Sales Note (Y/N) : Print sales note on receipt ? thick mark if you want, and keep it blank if you don't want
• Print Customer Address (Y/N) : Print customer address on sales receipt? thick mark if you want, and keep it blank if you don't want
• Print Sales Team : whether to print the sales team name? Please tick if yes, or leave blank if you don't want to be printed.
• Print Printed Date (Y/N) : Will the print time be on the receipt? Please tick if yes, or leave blank if you don't want to be printed.
• Print Tax Per Item : Will you print taxes for each line of goods? Please tick if yes, or leave blank if you don't want to be printed.
• Print User (Cashier) : Will you print the cashier / user name? Please tick if yes, or leave blank if you don't want to be printed.
• Print Logo (Y/N) : Print logo on sales receipt? thick mark if you want, and keep it blank if you don't want
